Creating change in our lives can sometimes be challenging, especially when we know it is needed. Or sometimes change is happening all around us and we are just trying to adjust to it or flow with it to the best of our ability. This past week I watched the Bill Moyers Journal and learned about a web site, www.goodguide.com, that provides information about the health, environmental and social impacts of products in our home. As we become more informed, we can make purchasing choices based on our value system rather than on the marketing position of a product. In this process, there is a change that is created in the system because more educated people will make purchasing choices that leave undesirable products on the shelf.
Making conscious choices has a strong energy flow that has a ripple effect that is felt downstream. Each of us makes a difference each day. It may seem very subtle, but in the greater scope there is a definite impact. All of those ripples create a wave!
